Faculty of Business Administration was established under the Rectorate of Akdeniz University according to the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 20.06.2003 which was published in the Official Gazette on 03.07.2003 .

Our faculty started its service with the "Tourism Management" department in the 2005-2006 academic year. The “Business Administration Department” was established in 2008-2009. Efforts to expand the faculty continued rapidly and in 2009, "International Trade", "Economy and Finance" and "Human Resources Management" departments were founded.

Today, "Business Administration", "International Trade", "Economics", "Public Finance" and "Human Resources Management" departments continue their activities. Our students can participate in the international student exchange programs such as Erasmus and Farabi.

The name of our faculty was changed to Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences with the Official Decision dated 03.10.2019.
