In the 2015-2016 academic year, the Department of Human Resource Management has started accepting students.
The aim of the Human Resources Management (HRM) programme is to educate graduates equipped with academic and theoretical knowledge on social sciences and scientific, historical, sociological, legal and psychological HRM issues and have graduates who are able to interpret these concepts from HRM perspectives, implement basic HRM functions, analyze social relations and their effects on society and individuals, who will be able to conduct national and international researchs and who have ability and qualifications to plan human resources policies at organizational level required for internatinal and national development.
Our graduates will have the chance to be employed in distinguished national and international institutions - in departments of human resource management.
The graduates of this program can apply to master programs to enhance their academic skills and career.
